We are seeking a motivated, dynamic Global Product Marketing Manager to support our growing global team. We are currently looking for a Workday Change Manager to take responsibility for driving effective change management strategies, communications, training, and stakeholder engagement to ensure the successful adoption of Workday solutions across MiQ. This role partners with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders globally, ensuring that Workday-driven process changes are clearly articulated, efficiently rolled out, and embedded within the organization. The Change Manager will act as an advocate for best practice, supports readiness and go-live activities, and coordinates ongoing feedback and continuous improvement efforts. Key Responsibilities Design and execute end-to-end change management plans for Workday releases, new feature launches, and process updates, using structured methodologies tailored to MiQ’s environment. Collaborate with HR partners, business process owners, and external consultants (e.g., CloudRock) to identify impacts, risks, and mitigation strategies for changes to Workday processes and modules. Develop and deliver clear communications, stakeholder engagement activities, and readiness assessments for impacted user groups, ensuring alignment with MiQ’s change management principles. Design and facilitate workshops, feedback sessions, and communications to drive engagement and adoption Manage global L&D administration in Workday Learning: create courses, enrol teams, view/transcript learning records, and generate training completion reports. Support business process improvement, process governance, and continuous improvement activities linked to adoption and ongoing releases. Act as a first point of escalation for user issues related to new ways of working in Workday, working with HR/Finance/Admin/IT to resolve and document outcomes. Monitor business process adoption rates and readiness, collect and analyze feedback, and recommend improvements for future change initiatives. Ensure that change management activities meet compliance requirements regarding communications, documentation, and training for different roles and regions. Champion a culture of open dialogue and feedback in line with MiQ’s belief that technology changes must be paired with effective communication. What You’ll Bring Change Management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP, or similar) Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage, but not essential Demonstrated experience leading change management, organizational transformation, or technology-driven change programs. In-depth understanding of processes, system implementations (in Workday), and global organization dynamics. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to develop training content, end-user guides, and communication materials. Advanced analytical skills; experience in reporting, data validation, and workforce analytics. Exposure to process governance, compliance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
