You will be responsible for tenant scrutiny, improving tenants perception and working with tenants to ensure their voice is heard and our services meet their needs.Our service is a forward thinking, dedicated and the team you’ll be joining work exceptionally well together, whilst providing a wide range of services within our communities. You will play a significant role and will be a crucial member of the team delivering positive outcomes to our tenants.About youYou’ll have experience of working in a similar front-line role and will be passionate and enthusiastic about delivering exceptional customer service whilst working under pressure.
