Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a small, dynamic team
Oversee daily store operations, ensuring high standards

What We Are Looking For:
A high energy, positive personality
Previous experience in a management role within QSR, coffee shops, or counter-service environments
Strong leadership skills and a positive, hands-on approach
Ability to work at pace while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passion for hospitality and customer service
Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week
Shifts between 7AM and 5:00 PM
Flexible hours, as this is an hourly paid role and you get paid for how long you work
No evening or late-night shifts
