We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bakery. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our production site.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production output, leading a team of bakers, and maintaining high-quality standards across all products.

* Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Coordinate daily bakery operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Team Leadership: Lead a team of bakers, fostering clear communication, structure, and accountability across shifts.
* Quality Assurance: Maintain rigorous quality control processes across all products.
* Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements across production, staffing, and scheduling.
* Compliance & Safety: Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
* KPI Reporting: Track operational metrics, including output, yield, wastage, and labor efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* A minimum 3-5 years' experience in a senior operations role within bakery or food manufacturing.
* A proven track record of leading and developing production teams in high-output environments.
* Strong understanding of bakery production methods, food safety standards, and operational compliance.
* Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership style – firm but fair, clear communicator, and capable of managing change.
