Please note that this is an apprenticeship position and therefore anyone with more than six months of professional experience as a Business Analyst or who holds a degree or Master’s degree in Business Studies, an MBA, or similar will not be eligible.
You will also need to commit to completing a Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship.

About the Apprenticeship:
As an apprentice, you’ll be embedded within one of our high-performing delivery teams, learning from experienced professionals and making a real impact from day one. You will follow a structured program covering core Business Analyst tools, techniques, and responsibilities, including:
* The fundamentals of Business Analysis and its importance
* Conducting Business Impact Assessments
* Investigation techniques
* Stakeholder analysis and management
* Requirements engineering and management
* Business process and data modeling using UML
* Gap analysis using SWOT and McKinsey 7-S
* Managing organizational change and running UAT
By the end, you will have both technical and soft skills to thrive as a Business Analyst.

Eligibility Requirements:
* Interest in a Business Analysis career demonstrated through A Levels (e.g., Business Studies, BTECs) or personal projects
* 3+ A-Levels (A–C) or equivalent
* 5 GCSEs in Maths and English at grade 4 (C) or above
* Excellent IT skills, especially in Microsoft Excel
* Able to commute to Leeds
* No higher qualification in the same or similar subject

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 depending on skills and experience
Bonus: £2,000 upon successful completion of the apprenticeship
Start date: 30th June
Contract: 24-month fixed-term, with potential for permanent roles afterward based on performance and business needs
Location: Based in Leeds (HX3 5WA); candidates should have a commute of an hour or less
Travel: Travel to client sites required; expenses reimbursed
Hybrid working: To be agreed with the line manager based on business needs
