As an Account Manager, you'll manage a portfolio of B2B accounts, acting as a professional point of contact while building strong client and debtor relationships.
Responsibilities
* Managing corporate client accounts
* Contacting debtors via phone, email, letters and SMS
* Negotiating payment plans and resolving disputes
* Ensuring compliance with all regulations and industry standards
* Maintaining positive, long-term client relationships
* Working closely with colleagues in a supportive team environment
