What You’ll Do Tender & Solution Design (Your Core Focus)Craft innovative warehouse solutions: layouts, processes, staffing, and equipment.Build cost models and resource plans that are both competitive and operationally sound.Lead cross-functional tender teams (Sales, Finance, IT, Ops).Present and defend proposals to internal and external stakeholders.Decode RFPs and align solutions with best practices and financial goals.Identify automation and digitalisation opportunities.Ensure compliance with safety, labour, and customer standards. Engineering & Continuous ImprovementSupport new warehouse launches, ensuring alignment with tendered designs.Analyse and optimise existing operations using Lean and Six Sigma.Collaborate with IT to enhance WMS/TMS integration and data-driven decision-making. What You BringDegree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar.5+ years in logistics engineering, warehouse design, or 3PL solution development.Proven skills in layout design, labour modelling, and cost analysis.Experience leading tenders and developing winning proposals.Knowledge of automation, MHE, and warehouse operations.Proficiency in Microsoft 365; AutoCAD and WMS/TMS a plus.Strong project management and communication skills.Fluent in English.
