Perrys are one of the UK’s largest Car Dealership Groups having served customers since 1908 with over 50 branches across the country. Official franchised dealer for many of the UK’s most popular car and commercial vehicle brands, including Ford, Kia, Mazda, and Vauxhall.
Service Manager duties:
Help with running the Service department, you will be responsible for the Service department and workshop.
-Managing the team making sure the departments working to targets daily and following company processes.
-From day to day running of the Workshop, managing the Technicians / Mechanics to achieve maximum productivity, making sure that the Service Advisors are very customer-focused and achieved upselling targets to budget and KPI monitoring.
-Looking for someone to manage the team to deliver a first-class service throughout all departments while ensuring the team is engaged and delivering on key targets.
-Liaising directly with the Senior Team
Requirements:
- Must have experience as a Service Manager or Aftersales Manager with at least 1 year’s experience within the motor trade.
- Must hold a Full UK Driving licence
- Happy to look at someone from a volume or prestige background.
