This is a pivotal senior leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the private equity stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the finance function, enhancing financial processes and controls, and providing strategic insight to support the business through its next phase of growth. The business is a well-established, highly regarded brand with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. The remit goes well beyond traditional finance leadership, with a strong emphasis on commercial impact, performance visibility and driving better business outcomes. Working closely with the CEO and leadership team, the Finance Director will act as a true commercial partner to the business, providing strategic insight, improving financial transparency and supporting key value creation and growth initiatives. This is a broad, hands‑on role offering significant autonomy, influence at the top table, and genuine long‑term scope to shape the direction and success of the business. Key Responsibilities
