The Role As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting teaching and learning across the school. You will be confident covering classes from Reception through to Year 6, ensuring continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher. Your day-to-day duties will involve delivering planned lessons, supporting groups of pupils, and working closely with the teaching staff to maintain high standards of education.
