Pharmacist / Pharmacy Manager / IP Training – Northolt, Harrow. Salary negotiable
Our pharmacy is an independent pharmacy based in Northolt, Harrow.
The Role
We are now looking for a Pharmacist Manager / Pharmacist who is enthusiastic, highly motivated, and above all, passionate about making a difference. We need someone with a proven track record for our branch located in the heart of the community. You will be supported by the owner, who is a full-time pharmacist and also another second pharmacist daily. We need someone willing and able to take command and lead the team to enhance current services as well as develop new and innovative services. We will support you to secure an IP qualification too, with paid time off to attend university and we have a DPP ready to training at a local surgery.
The Pharmacy
The pharmacy delivers a number of services successfully and wants to grow these even further, including BP & ABPM checks, Flu & Covid vaccinations, Pharmacy First, contraception, a full range of private services and of course, NMS and DMS. In a typical month, you are likely to conduct around 300 service consultations. We will soon have three consultation rooms to support the very high levels of services undertaken each month, and full training for all the services will be provided. The pharmacy is very well set up, has a great team of 5 dispensers, and will soon have 2 foundation trainee pharmacists too.
