Van Driver / Warehouse Operative - Bracknell (RG12)

We are seeking an experienced Van Driver / Warehouse Operative to join our team in the Bracknell (RG12) area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and previous experience as a van driver.

This is a temporary position offering excellent opportunities for overtime.

Key Information

* Job Title: Van Driver / Warehouse Operative
* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
* Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour (PAYE)
* Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed before starting

Role Responsibilities

* Safely operate a 3.5t van for site deliveries and perform a variety of warehouse tasks.
* Support the team leader and colleagues in daily operational activities.
* Carry out inventory control, including cycle counts.
* Manage goods receiving processes efficiently.
* Pick and pack goods accurately for outbound shipment.
* Work towards and achieve set SLAs and KPI targets.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping within the warehouse.
* Process outbound materials and orders in line with work instructions.
* Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
