Contract: 6 Months
On-site Location: Oxford
Hours: (hybrid working)
Rate: £18+ per hour (dependent on experience)
The Opportunity: I’m currently working with a fast-paced, high-growth business in Oxford to provide an experienced Accounts Assistant initially until the end of the year.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for ensuring an efficient and seamless accounts payable process.
2. Raising purchase orders, posting invoices, processing payments, and reconcilingpany bank accounts.
3. Managepany expenses and maintain the expenses accounting system on a day-to-day basis.
4. Work closely with the Financial Controller on multiple business improvement projects, including system and process implementations.
5. Support a range of Ad hoc tasks for a rapidly growing business.
About You:
6. Over 3 years’ experience in accounts processes
7. Have experience using Cloud-based accounting systems, ideally Xero or Odoo
8. Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
9. Excellentmunication skills and ability to collaborate within a small team
10. Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
