What You’ll Be Doing
As a Systems Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
* Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with teams to understand customer needs and design unique systems using best practices like Model Based Engineering.
* Integration and Testing: Analyze and test real-time systems, leveraging cutting-edge technology across various disciplines, including electronics, mechanics, optics, and software.
* Ownership and Accountability: Take responsibility for your work, meet deadlines, report progress accurately, and share knowledge and ideas with your team.
Your Skills and Experiences
Essential:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in a STEM subject (e.g., Systems, Electronic or Software Engineering, Physics, Mathematics) with a minimum of 2.2. We also welcome 2026 graduates ready to start once qualified!
* An analytical mindset for tackling complex problems.
* Experience in developing theoretical electronic and/or software designs or control systems, including design analysis, modeling, or simulation (familiarity with tools like Matlab or Simulink is a plus).
Desirable:
* Hands-on experience in integrating and testing software and/or hardware in a lab setting, whether in academia or industry.

About the Systems Engineer Team
Join a dynamic team dedicated to the development and supply of products across a diverse range of commercial and military platforms, including Head Up and Head Worn Displays, Safety Critical Pilot Control, and Vehicle Control Systems.
