The Opportunity:
A leading defence contractor is seeking an experienced Integrated Logistic Support Manager to support next-generation missile system programmes. This role offers the chance to develop programme management skills and enhance customer engagement on a global scale within a highly regarded engineering environment.
What You Will Do as an ILS Manager:
* Lead integrated logistics support planning and delivery throughout the missile system lifecycle
* Manage predictive logistics models and weapon systems support frameworks
* Develop and implement strategic support plans covering supply chain through to end-customer delivery
* Prioritize and resolve multiple complex logistical challenges on an ongoing basis
* Collaborate across engineering, supply chain, and customer teams to deliver integrated support solutions
* Promote continuous improvement in logistics processes through risk management and knowledge sharing
What We Look For:
* Demonstrable integrated logistic support experience essential
* Strong engineering background; degree-level qualification preferred in a technical or numerate discipline
* Solid understanding of predictive logistics and weapon systems support models
* Ability to manage competing priorities with effective organization and decision-making skills
* Confidence in long-term strategic planning and programme management within complex projects
