Our Operations Team Leader role is a real opportunity for someone with a positive ‘can do’ attitude to lead our warehouse, logistics & Assembly functions, by working closely with our Operations Team.

The role is based at our South offices in Hemel Hempstead, the facility from where we assemble and distribute our Intercom products.
Like all Team Leader roles in our business, this role is hands-on and a real opportunity for an experienced people Team Leader to embed within the existing teams to Lead, coach & mentor, whilst co-ordinating all parts of the operations process.
You’ll love the idea of getting stuck in and pulling together with the rest of the team to make sure we deliver the very best service to our customers!
Responsibilities
* Lead our warehouse, logistics & Assembly functions, working closely with the Operations Team.
* Imbed within the existing teams to Lead, coach & mentor while coordinating all parts of the operations process.
* Provide hands-on leadership and drive delivery of high-quality service to customers.
* Coordinate processes across operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable people management and leadership skills
* Experience of leading operations teams and processes
* Experience of stock control and warehousing
* Performance and drive, with the desire to continuously improve
* Have a current counterbalance FLT license
* Current full driving license

In addition to a competitive salary and bonus package of up to £36,000.00 per annum dependant on experience, you will receive…
* A basic salary of up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
* A monthly paid bonus scheme of £2,800 per annum
* A companywide bonus scheme of £1,200 per annum, paid quarterly.
* Complementary company attire
* Company pension, matched up to 5%
* 25 days annual leave with bank holidays on top, increasing with length of service.
