Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager
We are seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for a permanent, hybrid role based in Lichfield.

Recognized as 'Very Good to Work for' by Best Companies, they are looking for a skilled Purchase Ledger Manager to join their finance team and contribute to their ongoing success.
Job Responsibilities
1. Coordinate daily team tasks
2. Drive improvements in the purchase-to-pay system
3. Manage month-end and year-end procedures
4. Support annual audits
5. Prepare management reports as required
6. Process high volumes of purchase invoices accurately
7. Proactively resolve invoice and payment queries
8. Code direct purchase ledger invoices
9. Reconcile account balances
10. Cover payroll responsibilities when needed
11. Manage various payment requests and queries
12. Ensure payments are made correctly in multiple currencies
13. Reconcile bank accounts
14. Process company expenses and credit cards
Candidate Requirements
* At least 3 years of purchase ledger and cash book experience
* Payroll experience
* Experience with Sage 50, QuickBooks, and ERP systems is advantageous
* Management or supervisory experience is advantageous
* GCSE Maths and English grades A*-C
