About the Role
We are looking for skilled and experienced A&E Nurses to join our agency team and work within busy NHS Accident & Emergency (Adult ED) departments. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality nursing care to adults presenting with a wide range of medical and trauma emergencies.
* Perform rapid assessment, triage, and initial interventions.
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and emergency treatments in line with NMC standards.
* Support doctors and multidisciplinary teams during resuscitations, procedures, and investigations.
* Monitor patients closely, escalating concerns and adapting care plans as required.
* Provide reassurance and clear communication to patients and their families during stressful situations.
* Accurately complete patient records, care plans, and documentation.
* Contribute to safeguarding and ensure best practice in patient safety.
Requirements
* NMC-registered Adult Nurse (RGN).
* Minimum 12 months post-registration experience in A&E, ED, or acute settings.
* Strong skills in triage, assessment, and emergency nursing interventions.
* Current DBS check (or willingness to apply).
* Up-to-date mandatory training and life support qualifications (ILS/ALS desirable).
* Confident, adaptable, and able to perform well under pressure.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11.5 – 55 per week
