Field Sales Manager – Midlands

We’re looking for a Field Sales Manager to take charge of our Midlands territory—someone who’s passionate about delivering exceptional service, retaining valued clients, and winning new business.
Identifying and securing new business opportunities to grow your territory.
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular visits and proactive support.
Using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to stay on top of customer interactions and sales activity.
Working closely with the customer service team to ensure smooth handovers and excellent service delivery.
2+ years in a field sales role (B2B experience preferred).
~ Experience using CRM systems to manage accounts and sales pipelines.
~ Willingness to travel regularly within the Midlands region
