This full time permanent role will be responsible for overseeing and performing the maintenance and property support services at our Clinton Place community in Goulburn. The successful candidate will ensure that all buildings, equipment, and grounds are maintained to the highest standards, in compliance with current regulations and BaptistCare’s quality standards. The role includes the below • Manage and perform both reactive and preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep of buildings, plant, equipment, furniture, fittings, grounds and carparks • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with Aged Care Quality Standards and other relevant regulations • Work closely with the Site Manager and the Area Manager to deliver maintenance services with minimal impact on residents and staff • Maintain accurate records of asset acquisitions and disposals, and ensure the maintenance of site vehicles, plant, and machinery • Manage and liaise with contractors, tradespersons, suppliers, and volunteers to ensure all work is completed to BaptistCare’s standards About the Team: BaptistCare Clinton Place is a vibrant and friendly aged care community located in the heart of Goulburn, NSW. Our facility features 66 one-bedroom and 12 two-bedroom units, providing a welcoming and active environment for seniors.
