The Role Were looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual to join our Customer Service & Operations Support team on a temporary basis. This is a varied role where youll work both independently and as part of a friendly team, supporting internal operations and delivering first-class service to our customers and partners. Youll collaborate closely with team members to help achieve business goals, manage customer support processes, and maximise operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Customer & Client Support Handle and resolve customer queries (including technical support) Process customer refunds Manage support tickets via service portals (Dynamics 365, Nayax) Operational Support Communicate with partner sites to ensure machine uptime Liaise with operations management to identify and implement improvements What is Essential to apply: At least 2 years' experience in a similar customer support or operations role Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Confident working independently and taking initiative Proficient IT skills and experience using multiple software platforms Shift Pattern (Rotating Rota) Customer service is provided 7 days a week. The 2 week work pattern is working 7 days on and 7 days off. Working Friday to Thursday.
