Are you an early career IT professional or recent graduate seeking a hands‑on role beyond traditional IT support?
You will be involved in the full lifecycle of IT projects from understanding business requirements and pain points to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to develop and enhance systems that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort whilst also maintaining comprehensive documentation.

Your key responsibilities
* Supporting end users, systems and applications, including troubleshooting, assisting with major incident management effort and general IT service query handling.
* Collaborating with team members, internal stakeholders and external vendors to understand business requirements.
* Assisting with analysing issues, including mapping existing and future processes, gathering requirements from business teams and preparing comprehensive supporting documentation.
* Supporting development activities, system changes and release management. Working with our team or vendor software providers when software is being upgraded or when new software or new reports are being made available.
* Developing, maintaining and improving systems.
* Using data analysis and reporting tools to generate reports and derive insights.
* Testing, refining and enhancing new solutions after release, including post‑release deployment reviews for optimal performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
* Developing and maintaining clear documentation to ensure compliance with governance standards.

* Adaptable to changing technologies and processes, with a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Able to maintain composure and deliver quality work under pressure or in time‑sensitive situations.
