Junior Finance Recruitment Consultant - Transactional Finance
Location: Birmingham City Centre
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 basic + uncapped commission (OTE £45,000 - £60,000)

The Role
We're seeking an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our transactional finance team, focusing on interim/temp placements across the West Midlands. You'll work with prestigious clients ranging from FTSE-listed companies to fast-growing SMEs, placing candidates in roles such as:
1. Credit Control
2. Accounts Payable/Receivable
3. Purchase Ledger
4. Sales Ledger
5. Payroll
6. Bookkeeping
Key Responsibilities
7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
8. Source high-calibre candidates through various sourcing channels
9. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
10. Hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
11. Contribute to team strategy and market development
Requirements
Essential
12. Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
13. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
14. Self-motivated with entrepreneurial spirit
15. Resilient and target-driven mindset
16. Motivation to learn and develop through ongoing training
Experience Levels
We welcome applications from:
17. Any sector experienced entry level or trainee recruiters
18. Junior recruiters (6-24 months) demonstrating strong potential and commitment
19. Trainee recruiters (<12 months) with exceptional drive and commercial awareness
Prior finance sector knowledge is advantageous but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided.
