We’re looking for a Wellbeing Support Assistant to work in a North Bristol secondary school, supporting pupils who may be struggling with confidence, attendance, or personal challenges that affect their learning.

Your role will include:
* Building trusted relationships with students across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Offering 1:1 and small group support to boost emotional wellbeing
* Helping pupils manage their school day with confidence
* Working closely with teachers, pastoral leads, and families to keep everyone in the loop
You’ll be great for this role if you:
* Already have experience as a TA in a secondary setting (although not essential)
* Are calm, empathetic, and approachable
* Have a good sense of when to listen and when to guide
* Want to grow your skills in pastoral and wellbeing support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
