Job Title: Facilities Manager Regional Role Location: Southwest England (Multi-site, Regional) Salary: Up to £56,000 per annum (DOE) Car Allowance Hours: Full-time participation in an on-call rota Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking to take ownership of a diverse, multi-site portfolio? Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day facilities management across multiple sites in the Southwest region. Ensure all planned and reactive maintenance is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual and legislative standards. Manage supplier performance, budgets, and KPIs to maintain high-quality service delivery. Lead, support, and develop on-site teams, promoting operational excellence. Act as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders. Participate in an on-call rota to support urgent operational issues. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, compliance, and safety across all sites. What Theyre Looking For: Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within a multi-site or regional capacity. Strong understanding of health & safety, statutory compliance, and FM best practice. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage budgets and operate within financial targets. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region. Previous training or background in one or more of the following disciplines: energy saving work, gas and plumbing services, building services, electrical installation, or heating and ventilation.
