Liberty has an exciting opportunity for a Tenant Liaison Officer to join our team, based in Salford. You will be working on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week and in return, you will receive a salary of £26,208 per annum Plus Excellent Benefits!

Responsibilities for this Tenant Liaison Officer will include :
* Provide a high-quality service by liaising between the client, tenant & Liberty staff
* Understanding tenant requirements
* Support the reduction in complaints
* Support customers, particularly any vulnerable customers
* Manage client relationships to engage on access procedures, installation programmes and community engagement
