About the Role
We’re hiring a Scheduling & Logistics Coordinator to assist our operations and installation teams by helping customers navigate scheduling, service, and installation-related questions. This is a fast-paced role for someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with customers and internal teams. You’ll help keep projects moving, ensure follow-through, and create a positive customer experience throughout the process. If you enjoy solving problems, staying organized, and bringing clarity to moving parts, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
* Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and service-related communication
* Coordinate scheduling updates, service appointments, and installation follow-up
* Work closely with project managers, installers, and operations teams to keep everyone aligned
* Track customer concerns and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
* Communicate clearly and professionally with customers throughout the process
* Maintain accurate notes and updates within CRM and scheduling systems
* Help identify recurring issues and support process improvements

Experience (Not Required)
* Customer service or call center experience
* Service coordination or scheduling experience
* Home improvement, construction, or field service industry experience
* Experience working with subcontractors or operations teams
