Responsibilities
* Producing highway designs, including junctions, access roads, and estate roads
* Carrying out drainage design using SUDS principles for residential and commercial developments
* Preparing drawings, calculations, and technical reports to support planning and construction stages
* Using industry‑standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and drainage modelling tools
* Liaising with senior engineers, local authorities, and project stakeholders

* Degree (or near completion) in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
* Genuine interest in highways and drainage design
* Some exposure to AutoCAD or similar design software (academic or placement experience is fine)
