Deputy Housekeeping Manager
Wychnor Park Country Club is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Deputy Housekeeping Manager. This position involves supporting the daily operation of the Housekeeping Department, playing a key role in the induction and training of new and existing team members, and mentoring them around company culture.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a team leader or supervisory role, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work under pressure. They will also be computer literate and possess motivational and negotiation skills.
This is a 32 hour per week position, including weekends and Bank Holidays, on a rotating shift basis. Own transport is required due to the location of the resort.
