Your Role
* Create inspiring learning experiences for your key group.
* Build strong relationships with families and colleagues.

What You’ll Need
* A Level 3 Early Years Qualification (NNEB, NVQ3, CACHE, BTEC, EY Educator, etc.).
* A passion for childcare and a commitment to safeguarding.
* A positive, caring approach and a strong team spirit.
* Good knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) .
