We’re looking for an experienced Buyer to join our team and deliver a best-in-class, commercially successful product range.
About the Role
You’ll own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from design to pricing—ensuring ranges meet customer needs, drive sales, and maximise profitability. Working cross-functionally, you’ll play a key role in shaping product strategy and delivering a competitive, market-leading offer.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead product strategy, range construction, and pricing
2. Drive sales, margin, and profitability, reacting to trading performance
3. Build and manage strong supplier relationships
4. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to maintain competitive advantage
5. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sourcing teams to deliver products on time and to quality standards
6. Oversee online and in-store strategy to maximise customer conversion
7. Ensure product availability aligns with key launches and promotions
8. Champion sustainability and ethical sourcing
Leadership
9. Mentor and develop Assistant and Junior Buyers
10. Foster a high-performing, collaborative team culture
