Location: Bristol UK
Approach: Hybrid Remote typically 2-3 days per week in the office
Contract: Permanent full-time
Rosenxt is revolutionising subsea robotics and autonomous systems and we’re building a world‑class engineering team at our newly established Bristol location to drive this innovation forward.
As a Product Owner in our Agile environment at Rosenxt you will be a key component of the growing team. Working closely with our engineers you will help shape the requirements and solutions for the complex technical challenges that we face and drive value perspective as we develop our product offering.
In this role you’ll work on cutting‑edge technology that makes a real‑world impact as we create autonomous systems that operate in some of the world’s most challenging environments. You’ll have the opportunity to see the technology in action through field trials and real-world deployments all while working in a collaborative hybrid environment in central Bristol.
What you can expect
* Define and prioritise product features and roadmap aligned with business goals
* Own the product backlog and ensure clarity and transparency
* Plan and communicate product roadmap
* Collaborate with the engineering team to drive agile development cycles
* Interface with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into product requirements
* Oversee product testing and customer engagement
What you bring
Essential skills and experience that you bring:
* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar (Product Manager, Delivery Manager, etc.) ideally within a complex technical environment
* Proven experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologies
* Proficient at facilitating team workshops and ceremonies
* Comfortable in stakeholder engagement
* Understanding of software development processes
* Ability to quickly grasp and translate complex technical concepts in robotics and subsea engineering into clear product requirements
* Experience with work management tooling (i.e., Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
Desirable but non-essential skills and experience that you have:
* Degree in a technical or scientific field
* Working understanding of autonomous mobile robots or subsea robotics
* Industry knowledge for Offshore Wind or Oil and Gas
