* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Knowledge of player & coach development
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* UEFA B License Minimum
* Other Coaching Qualifications
* Safeguarding & DBS
* Experience working with youth football players
* Passion for promoting girls' football in the local community
* Background in sports management or related field
