Experience required…
Essential:
6. Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline
7. Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, DMRB, CDM 2015, and Construction Health & Safety legislation.
8. Experience in producing and managing scheme deliverables including PCI packs, BoQs, scheme specifications using the MCHW and health and safety files.
9. Proven experience in bridge design, assessment, inspection, and maintenance.
10. Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering projects to time and budget.
11. Good working knowledge of the NEC form of contracts.
12. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and mentoring junior engineers
13. Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reports, proposals, and stakeholder engagement.
14. Ability to liaise with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
Desirable:
15. Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or equivalent.
16. Experience with BIM, structural analysis software, and digital inspection tools.
