Job Description
3. Manage and maintain senior managers' diaries and schedules efficiently.
4. Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
5. Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of senior staff.
6. Organise travel arrangements, including itineraries and bookings.
7. Maintain confidential records and ensure data accuracy.
8. Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
9. Prepare reports and presentations as required.
10. Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Personal Assistant (PA) should have:
11. Previous experience in a secretarial or administrative role within the law firms
12. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy.
