We are seeking an HR Business Partner with 5+ progressive years of overall HR experience to join Take‑Two’s global HR team. Reporting to a Senior HR Business Partner, this role supports a dynamic business area by providing HR expertise, professional advice, and coaching to managers and employees. The HRBP plays a key role in delivering people‑focused initiatives that align with business goals, partnering closely with our global Centers of Excellence (Talent Development, Compensation, HR Operations, Benefits, etc.) to facilitate and support organisational change. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role well‑suited for someone who brings strong business acumen, a proactive mindset, and natural curiosity about how the business operates. HRBPs at T2 are instrumental in driving performance, culture, and engagement by balancing business needs with employee experience. What You’ll Take On
* Serve as a strategic partner to employees and managers by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a strong employee experience.
* Coach managers and employees on day‑to‑day topics while addressing employee relations matters in partnership with ER and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
* Support core HR programs and cycles, including performance management, compensation reviews, goal setting, talent reviews, development planning, promotions, and engagement initiatives.
* Utilise HR data metrics (headcount, compensation, attrition, job levels) to inform decision‑making and drive performance, productivity, and capability improvements.
* Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Ops, Talent Development, etc.) to deliver programs that enhance employee experience and support talent attraction and retention.
* Contribute to organisational design and change management efforts, bringing foundational knowledge of talent management and OD principles.
* Partner with HR leadership and Senior HRBPs on initiatives across the employee lifecycle, including mobility, immigration, organisational changes, and engagement strategies.
* Identify and implement practical process improvements and systems that enable scale and efficiency.
* Prioritise and manage multiple projects independently while maintaining strong relationships across teams and regions.
* Act as a trusted advisor with a pulse on employee sentiment, balancing speed, flexibility, and sound HR infrastructure.

Qualifications
* 5+ years of progressive experience in HR.
* Experience providing HR business partnering across diverse geographical footprints (preferred).
* Post‑secondary education desired (university, college, certificate/diploma in HR, etc.).
* HR professional certification completed or in progress is an asset (e.g., CIPD).
