We’ve been growing brilliantly in the Yorkshire region and are now looking to add to the team to support our ongoing growth and development in the region.
Our team in Yorkshire has been looking after their clients’ requirements for over 40 years, providing high-quality, specialist products to suit their needs, whether they are commercial or personal clients.
You’ll be working on a range of commercial cases from mid to large SME up to some corporate-scale cases alongside our Account Executives. Supporting our clients with their day-to-day needs, including MTAs and renewal preparation.
The day-to-day:
* Assist our team of dedicated Account Executives with the lifecycle of their clients, from new business quotations through MTAs and renewals.
* Ensure all documentation is correct and accurate before issuing to clients, in line with service level agreements.
* Maintain compliance with group and FCA rules and regulations.
* Manage personal workloads actively and assist colleagues with larger or more complex cases.
* Help clients with queries on coverage and provide quotations for additional products or increases in cover where appropriate.
* Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal/external stakeholders.

About You:
* Strong knowledge and technical skills in commercial insurance, from SME to corporate risks, including commercial property, liability, CAR, packages, and professions risks.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing, relationship management, time management, and IT skills, with experience in relevant broking platforms (Open GI experience preferred).
* A desire to learn and grow within a strong team environment.
* Ideally qualified to Cert CII level or equivalent; full funding available.
* A full driving license is a plus but not essential.
