We are working with a fantastic business who are looking to add to their growing team in Kent.
You will be part of a long established organisation dealing with Broking/Account Handling of HNW customers within Personal Lines insurance.
Responsibilities:
* To handle inbound calls from new and existing customers in relation to their insurance
* Provide a top tier level of customer services
* Dealing with queries, MTA's, new business, renewals and all other handling duties
* Underwrite large risks up to your individual underwriting authority
Requirements:
* At least 1 years experience within a similar role, ideally HNW or personal lines but will consider some commercial insurance classes of business
* Excellent telephone manner and courtesy to deal with the customers professionally and in a friendly and caring way
* Will consider those from other areas of insurance such as Claims or Underwriting and a previous history of working with customers either over the phone or face to face.
This role is based in Kent and they are open to considering hybrid or even remote for the right person.
You will be working within a great environment where the team are supportive, friendly and look out for each other.
There is progression opportunities also to become a senior broker or even Team Leader as the company grows more.
