Pastry Chef de Partie – Luxury Hotel – £30k per annum – Kingsbridge
We are recruiting for an experience Pastry Chef de Partie, to join our established and well renowned luxury Hotel, in a beautiful setting in South Devon. Having completed a re-launch, we are looking for dedicated individuals, with attention to detail and a sense of pride to join an experienced brigade. The successful candidate will ideally have experience at rosette level, but not essential.
Responsibilites
1. Prepare dishes to the highest standards of quality, safety and consistency.
2. Ensure recipes are followed to ensure risk of cross contamination are kept to a minimum.
3. Ensure brand standards are followed to ensure consistency of quality.
4. Work as part of a team in preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of food.
5. Follow standards and regulations relating with cleanliness, hygiene and safety.
6. Ensure chef is informed where food or other supplies need to be ordered.
7. Check the quantity and quality of received products
8. 48 hour per week
The hotel serves high-quality food using very local produce. They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen and will be looking to step into the management of your own section. The successful client will benefit from;
