As a Vehicle Inspector with Marston Holdings Ltd you will carry out vehicle inspections in line with Transport for London (TfL) Quality Assurance systems. A full UK driving licence and experience of driving manual vehicles is required for this role.
Responsibilities
* Inspect taxis and private hire vehicles to meet TfL licensing criteria.
* Record inspection findings using PCs and handheld computers.
* Liaise with customers, offering test feedback, advice and guidance in terms of re‑booking and rectifications required.
* Update the system with any vehicle changes, damage reports or new documentation.
* Liaise with colleagues and TfL over policy, procedures and changes; close attention to detail, ensuring documentation is accurate and vehicles meet licensing rules.
* Provide excellent customer service.
* Manage time effectively and stay organised.
* Write detailed reports.
Requirements
* Full clean UK driving licence.
* Experience driving manual vehicles.
