3rd Line Support Engineer £55,00 GBP 10% Bonus, 10% DV Bonus, £6000 Car allowance Onsite WORKING Location: Central London, Greater London - United Kingdom Type: Permanent Job Description Role - 3rd Line Support Engineer Location: London - this role will require you to be onsite 5 days per week What you will be doing; Trouble-shooting environmental infrastructure issues (Windows, RHEL, SAN, GPO's, WSUS, AD, AppLocker etc) Working with the Network, Engineering and SOC teams to trouble-shoot issues that affect End Users Working direct with client leads to resolve escalated incidents.
