We are now seeking a Receptionist / Showroom Host / Meet & Greet specialist to be the face of our business and uphold the standards that define the BMW brand. The opportunity This is a pivotal customer-facing role within one of Northern Irelands most respected automotive retailers. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, youll set the tone for their entire experience - ensuring they feel acknowledged, supported, and valued from the moment they arrive. Youll manage our reception area, oversee visitor flow, support our switchboard, and maintain the premium environment expected of a BMW showroom. Key responsibilities Greeting customers and visitors on arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and are promptly attended to Managing the switchboard, directing calls professionally or taking accurate messages Overseeing the Coffee Bar area - preparing refreshments, maintaining cleanliness, and monitoring supplies Maintaining a pristine, organised reception and showroom environment Managing visitor and call logs with accuracy and meticulous attention to detail Supporting the wider team with additional duties as required What were looking for Were seeking someone who brings warmth, professionalism, and confidence to every interaction.
