Your next move in FM starts here CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for a Mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a leading FM service provider. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified engineer to work across a commercial portfolio in the Basildon area covering 3 different sites, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across electrical and mechanical systems.

Your Key Responsibilities
* PPM & reactive maintenance on electrical plant across multiple sites
* Testing and maintaining emergency lighting and fire alarms
* Servicing pumps, motors, seals, booster sets and HVAC equipment
* Working with AHUs / FCUs – filter changes, cleaning, general upkeep
* Basic plumbing tasks – unblocking toilets, checking pipework
* BMS monitoring and performance reporting
* Support general building fabric and minor mechanical duties
* Ensure compliance with H&S regulations and on-site protocols
* Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain site standards
What You’ll Need
* C&G Level 2 or 3 Electrical Installation – Essential
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations – Essential
* Proven experience in commercial maintenance (FM environments)
* Multi-skilled and confident across electrical, HVAC, and basic fabric duties
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Full UK driving licence
