Overview
Join to apply for the Reception and Facilities Assistant role at NICE - National Institute for Health and Care Excellence. This is a full-time, fixed-term (one year) position at the London office on the edge of the Olympic Park, Stratford. The role is Band 3 under Agenda for Change plus Inner HCAS. The successful candidate will work in a small but efficient facilities team to support the day-to-day running of the office, including the large meeting room suite, staff areas and reception.

Responsibilities
* Provide reception and facilities support to ensure a successful, effective, and efficient day-to-day running of the London office, including a large meeting room suite and reception.
* Set up and operate meeting room and AV equipment; coordinate event catering services (tea, coffee, crockery, utensils) and assist with ordering lunches from external providers.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and purchase orders; perform clerical support duties as part of the Facilities team.
* Support event planning and catering services as part of the facilities function.

* Entry level role; suitable for individuals with an interest in facilities, events, people and offices.
* Proactive and enthusiastic approach; ability to work as part of a team.
