The Role
As Senior School Operations & Office Manager, you will lead and manage the school’s administrative team, ensuring that systems run efficiently and consistently across the primary and secondary phases.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Line managing office and reception staff across both school phases
• Overseeing attendance, admissions and administrative compliance processes
• Coordinating internal communication systems and documentation flow
• Ensuring safeguarding, visitor and record-keeping procedures are robust
• Supporting senior leaders with operational planning and reporting
• Managing policy documentation and ensuring statutory compliance
• Streamlining processes to improve efficiency and service standards
You will work closely with the Headteacher and School Business Manager to ensure the operational backbone of the school is strong, organised and aligned with strategic priorities.
