The Role
As Planning Manager, you will take responsibility for managing planning strategy across a portfolio of residential schemes, acting as the key planning lead and point of contact for external consultants and local authorities. Responsibilities include:
* Leading planning strategy for small to medium strategic residential sites
* Managing and instructing external planning consultants
* Overseeing the preparation, submission and negotiation of planning applications
* Advising internal teams on risk, viability and programme from a planning perspective
* Supporting land acquisition through planning appraisals and due diligence
