Office Administrator / Receptionist £25,000 per annum benefits Melksham, Wiltshire Permanent Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We're looking for a versatile Office Administrator & Receptionist to be the welcoming face and efficient backbone of a business in Melksham! In this diverse role, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of our operations, supporting the wider team, and creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors. What you'll be doing: Managing a busy reception, answering calls for various companies, greeting visitors warmly, and handling all incoming and outgoing post Efficiently booking and preparing our conference rooms Juggling a variety of tasks from data entry, filing, and creating professional documents (Word, Excel) to assisting with mailouts and providing general secretarial support Creating essential information and welcome packs Conducting daily and weekly building checks Supporting the team with ad-hoc administrative requestsAbout you: Previous experience within a similar position Highly organised with excellent attention to detail A strong communicator, both verbally and in writing Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Proactive, adaptable, and a true team player Someone who takes pride in maintaining a professional and welcoming environmentJob Details Type: Full-time, 100% office-based Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5pm (37.5 hours per week) Salary: £25,000 per annumThe company offers a supportive and dedicated team environment, where full training will be given.
