Comfortable driving work forward directly, making decisions at pace, and engaging with technical details to support the engineering team. Familiar with sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives; able to work iteratively and adapt priorities as needed. Able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively with engineering teams.
