Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hiring Marketing, eCommerce, Digital and Creative talent across the UK
Central Employment is working with an established Digital Creative Agency, as they look to appoint a Technical SEO Specialist.
Technical SEO Specialist:
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the search engine landscape, with the ability to develop and implement effective campaigns, as well as drive link-building initiatives to improve organic search rankings.
Responsibilities:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored SEM strategies to achieve their goals and drive results.
2. Plan, execute, and monitor SEM campaigns across various search engines and platforms.
3. Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify relevant search terms and opportunities for optimisation.
4. Optimise ad copy and landing pages for maximum click-through and conversion rates.
5. Perform link audits and analysis to identify and resolve potential issues with client link profiles.
6. Conduct regular audits of our website to identify technical issues that may affect search engine rankings.
7. Develop and implement strategies for optimisation of website structure, page speed, and other technical aspects of SEO.
8. Work with developers to ensure website code is optimised for search engines and best practices are followed.
9. Monitor website performance metrics and use data to make informed decisions.
10. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in technical SEO and search engine algorithms.
11. Collaborate with other members of the marketing team to integrate initiatives with other marketing channels (e.g., social media, content marketing).
Technical SEO Specialist experience:
1. 2 years’ experience ideally within an agency environment.
2. Experience in SEM and SEO.
3. Experience in a client-facing role.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Experience with SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Moz, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
7. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies is a plus.
