PBS Offshore (Ponticelli UK Ltd) is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team. This role supports the Maintenance & Operational Excellence Manager in developing and delivering maintenance and operational improvement strategies, aiming to optimize maintenance systems, planning processes, and reliability programs for continuous improvement aligned with performance standards and client expectations.
Key Deliverables:
1. Assist in developing, tracking, and implementing Maintenance Improvement Plans, ensuring milestones are achieved and aligned with strategic goals.
2. Support the evaluation and enhancement of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS), contributing to maintenance strategy alignment and continuous improvement.
3. Collaborate with planning teams to improve maintenance scheduling, resource allocation, and execution effectiveness to boost operational efficiency.
4. Participate in reliability analysis, including identifying bad actors and conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurrent issues, feeding into long-term reliability improvements.
5. Assist in coordinating and monitoring maintenance vendors to ensure value-driven, quality service delivery.
6. Promote knowledge sharing and skills development within the maintenance team through training, process documentation, and workshops.
7. Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring visibility of KPIs and achievement of key outcomes.
8. Maintain regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on maintenance activities and expectations.
9. Support the implementation of advanced maintenance techniques, including Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM), predictive maintenance, and digital tools integration.
10. Ensure compliance with the Management of Change (MOC) process for campaign-based or structural maintenance changes.
Profil recherché
Qualifications and Work Experience:
Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or related technical field.
Essential: Demonstrated experience in supporting or delivering maintenance improvement projects and system optimization.
Desirable: Experience with CMMS platforms and vendor performance frameworks.
Job Specific Knowledge:
Essential: Understanding of maintenance operations, improvement methodologies, and performance metrics.
Desirable: Knowledge of lean principles, HSE standards, and reliability-centered maintenance practices.
Skills:
Essential: Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Essential: Analytical skills supporting performance tracking and continuous improvement activities.
Desirable: Ability to contribute to digitalization initiatives and innovative maintenance techniques.
